Detailed Planning Application    

146  units  of  affordable  housing  and  5000m²  of  B1  office  use  of  both rented  shared ownership  and outright  sale  units,  extensive  repairs  of four  grade  2  listed  buildings  from the  ‘at  risk  register’.  

Project was 100% lifetime home, provision provided to all units. Wheelchair units and special needs accommodations.  

I  have  carried  survey  of  4,  Grade-II  listed  building,  liaising  with  conservation  &  English  Heritage officers  in  order  to  preserve  &  reinstate  to  original.

Designed  5  Storey  B1  office  elevations  with  a  sedum  roof,  the office  building  have  been completed but  not  to  my  design.  The  contract  was design  and  build  so  contractor changed  the  design  of  the stair  case.  

Within  the  site  there  was  a  narrow  plot  of  land  and  client  asked  if we  could  fill  with 4x2bed  flats which  I  designed  to  Lifetime  Homes provision.
