About Us

Villa and Mansion Architects is an international architectural practice based in the UK. The director, Alexander Yusuf has, since 1997, gained wide experience working for various major architects. This includes well known practices such as Broadway Malayan, HTA, CGL and PRC Architects. Working for these practices has given him wide experience and a proven track record in residential, mixed use developments, commercial and transport buildings, healthcare as well as very valuable onsite construction experience.

After twelve years in those architectural practices, I decided to form my own practice, Villa and Mansion Architects in 2008. Our mission is to blend a passion for high quality design with total commitment to client service, striving to achieve results of the highest quality from our creative endeavours.

Villa and Mansion Architects is a design orientated practice. We are experienced in working with restrictive briefs and complicated circumstances, where, for example, projects are built in rural areas where there is no mains drainage, power supplies, mains water or gas. Or, for example, where the land is contaminated and may require specialist remedial work prior to development. Regardless of the scale or budget of the project we place great importance on the development process by defining the brief through dialogue with the client as well as within the practise itself.

I am a registered architect with the ‘Architect Registration Board’, United Kingdom. Throughout the world this is recognised as a fully licensed Architect.
