Coordinating superstructure, M&E services of large housing project value of 53.4m
Contract, Design & Build, all private 544 apartments, utilising new project management system called BC ‘Business Calibration’ system, where all project information is uploaded to the internet, for consultants.
Dealing with building control issues, consulting junior staff with day to day queries
Coordinating with structural engineers ‘Welsh Group’ superstructure on very fast moving procurement programme, with timing practically sometimes impossible to achieve.

Attending every week site meetings to coordinate, resolve all queries and inspect site works, sometimes twice a week.
Revisiting particular blocks for value engineering purposes and cost saving exercise.

Carrying design proposal for the client of fitness suite and managing office +services
