Mohamuud House

Very close friend of mine asked me to design a large family house with minimum 6 bedrooms. My friend’s land for the house was 18m by 24 meters, this is known in Hargeisa as 80x60 feet. The plot of land has only front road access and 3 neighbors on other 3 sides which made the design more complicated when considering the views and day light access.
I managed to fit on the plot of the land 6 bedrooms, one of this being the master bedroom with ensuite, large living room with dining room, shared shower room, storage and external kitchen and shower room.

 In the end my friend got spacious house with 3 bathrooms, a front small garden and car parking, which fitted his requirements considering his large family.
