Djibouti Offices

New business development in centre of Djibouti city, for a private client. A mixed use business development, a bank premises on the ground, mezzanine and basement levels, and 5 levels of office space. The land for the business is very small 12m by 23 meters, the site has 3 road fronts and one adjacent neighbor building.  

The building is designed fully glazed and considering that Djibouti is very hot place consideration is given to the sun shades and heat reflecting glass and finishes.The building has lift and all offices have kitchenette and male and female toilets.

The deign concept was to allocate all services inside and all office to face outside and to have a full view of the city at same time to take advantage of daylight. The building would have centralized comfort cooling system that is situated on the roof.

The construction of the building is planned to start end of 2018
