Kismayo Offices

3 Government building for Kismayo city in Somalia project, governmental building is designed for 3 ministries to share 3 story building. The project is funded by SSF (Somali stability funds) and procured by NIS (Nordic International Support).

We carried visibility studies, we carried site survey, stakeholders consultations, and we met all involved parties including ministers, and elderly leaders. 

The Kismayo project extended and delayed for over 3 years and finally after long waiting the construction started in 2017 and currently 95% o the works are completed.

Including the visit and flight to Kismayo, feasibility study, detailed design, specifications there was very extended BOQ which went through lot of revisions and re-evaluations.

To this date this is largest project we have designed for Somalia, and we are very proud that we contributed to reconstruction projects of Somalia.
