New build and rehabilitation project

 This project will provide initial support to improve the functioning of the Ministry of Defence and in particular its capacity to facilitate civilian oversight of the Armed Forces. A more efficient Ministry of Defence (MoD) will then be in a better position to establish and plan Somali defence policy and to ensure its implementation within the Somali Armed Forces (SAF) and in the context of broader reform of the security sector.

Villa and Mansion to develop all required drawings, specifications, including design new buildings, security, offices and computer training office. During the site visits ‘x’ Somalia defence minister Mr Cabdikadir Sh Ali Diini accompanied architect Alexander Yusuf and technical director of NIS foundation Mr Jama Yasiin,
