The Bourne Business Park 

The  project  comprises  two  office  blocks,  building  B  2555sqm  and  building  F3344sqm,  with  surface car  parking  for  246  cars.     

I  had  accomplished  very  valuable  site  experience,  and  followed building  on  site from  early  stages  of construction  to  completion.     

Contract type:  Contract administration    

Attending  site  meetings,  carried  out  inspections  and  site  progress  reports  gave me  valuable contract  management  skills.  

Learning  how  to  coordinate  the  process  of  paperwork  gave  me experience  and  much  needed confidence  in  understanding  different instructions  including, ‘Architect  instructions’, ‘Interim  Payment certificates’, ‘Practical  Completion certificates’,  ‘Making  Good  of  Defects  Certificates’,  and  ‘Final Completion certificate’.
