Family Villa – Offices
Client briefs was to come up with design that caters if needed for a family villa with 2 receptions or as it known living rooms, also same villa that could be used as office premises. In addition the building to have a usable roof space and the building to have front and rear garden, external space to have service block, car-parking and security block.

As it shown on the images on the web we delivered exactly what our client requested, this was very successful project, which gave as more clients referrals from our current client.The building plot of land is located near Mogadishu airport road, the land is facing the runway and breathtaking panoramic sea view. The building side has 2 roads access the sise of the land is 31m by 40 meters, the design for the building utilized the views and road layout to the maximum and in the result we delivered very modern villa-offices building as requested by our client.
