Zainab Shops

Design work carried for private business development for client based in Jigjiga-Yar in Hargeisa city. The building is designed on single plot of land size 18m x 24m, the client brief was to design 3 shops with stores and WC, shades front entrance and front car parking with landscaping.    

The rear of the building to have security block, car parking, water tanks and waste management block.    

The design proposal was very successful we delivered very modern building that fit to the site, which fulfilled the client’s requirements.
